What Smartsheet plan is required to use the Smartsheet Smarter Backup tool?
Business and Enterprise. The Smartsheet Smarter Backup add-on utilizes Smartsheet’s API and both the Business and Enterprise Smartsheet plans allow generating an API token. Unfortunately, the Smartsheet Pro plan does not allow users to generate API tokens.
I have Smartsheet Control Center, is the solution still useful for me?
Yes! You can use this to backup all of your key control center sheets and any workspaces and folders created by Smartsheet Control Center!
